The Gift of TAT

Tapas Acupressure Technique was created by Tapas Fleming in 1993, and brought to Indonesia by the late Reza Gunawan. Its gift is deceptively simple: while we hold a light pose on the head, the mind is free to see what it could not see before.

Forgiveness, in this work, is rarely a decision. It is a revelation. We do not talk ourselves into letting go — we arrive at a moment where the old story quietly loosens its grip, and a wider truth becomes visible.

Often what shifts is not the other person, but our relationship to what happened. The event stays the same; the charge around it changes. Clients describe it as setting down something they had been carrying so long they had forgotten it was heavy.

This is why TAT is led entirely by your own pace. Nothing is forced, and there is nothing you need to perform. You hold the pose, and your own system does the rest.
