Questions
Frequently asked
What is TAT, and what happens in a session?
+

Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) is a gentle, non-invasive method where you hold a few light acupressure points on the head while we bring awareness to what you’re ready to release. Sessions are calm and led entirely by your own pace — there is nothing you need to do or perform.

Do you offer sessions online?
+

Yes. Most modalities — including TAT, counselling and mindfulness — work beautifully online. In-person sessions in Jakarta are available for hands-on work such as Touch for Health and parent-and-child support.

Which modality is right for me?
+

You don’t need to decide in advance. In our first conversation I listen to what you’re moving through and suggest the approach — or blend of approaches — that will serve you best. Many sessions weave several together.

How many sessions will I need?
+

This varies with each person and what they’re working with. Some feel a shift after a single session; deeper patterns often unfold gently over several. We’ll revisit what feels right together, never on a fixed plan.

Is this suitable during pregnancy or postnatally?
+

Absolutely — supporting mothers through pregnancy and postnatal seasons is close to the heart of my practice. All techniques used are gentle and safe for this time.

How do booking and payment work?
+

You choose a session and an open time on the Booking page, then pay securely to confirm it — via QRIS, e-wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay) or bank transfer. Your appointment is only reserved once payment clears, so times you see are always genuinely available. You’ll then receive a confirmation and a short welcome note.
